Spring into Pilates at Waverley Park Physiotherapy Centre

Waverley Park Physio Centre PilatesSpring is the ideal time to get active, improve your health, fitness and general wellbeing.

Clinical Pilates focuses on improving core stability, posture, balance, control, strength, and flexibility through low-impact equipment and floor based exercises. It is most effective for management of problems such as tendonitis, muscle strains and back pain.

Our treatment approach is always to initially provide an individual assessment. If appropriate, Clinical Pilates may be recommended as part of your fitness, treatment and management program.

Due to high demand at Waverley Park Physiotherapy Centre (WPPC), our weekly Pilates class timetables has changed. There is bound to be a class time this spring that best suits you so please view the timetable below.

Supervised by the WPPC Physiotherapists Chris Snell and Jordan Coleman, who are both specially trained in Clinical Pilates, group classes are held onsite in our customised gym facility, and are limited in size to 5 participants per class; so bookings are essential.
